Art competitions are a fun way to get your artwork seen and you might even win a prize! Here are a couple of Summer art comps you may like to enter:

Art Adventures - Summer Holidays

During the holidays, each week I'll post an art activity that you might like to try.

For the first Summer Art Adventure, how about making your own snow globe?

What you'll need:

A jar with a lid (it could small, like a baby food jar, or large like a peanut butter jar)
A plastic figurine / plastic greenery etc. to put inside your snowdome scene
Glitter
Water
Modelling clay (optional)
Hot glue gun (and an adult to help!)
