Today's class was a variation on the class in this blog - in our case we used coloured oil pastels on paper, instead of paint. To make the vase shapes, the kids folded a white piece of paper in half and cut an outline to make a symmetrical vase when unfolded again. They added detail (mainly in blue), pasted the vase to the coloured background paper (a choice of light blue, yellow or green) and drew some vibrant flowers coming out of it.
