Week 1  –  5/2: Pixel Art

Week 2  –  12/2: Snakes in the Grass - Collage

Week 3  –  19/2: 3D Hand Drawings

Week 4  –  26/2: Drawing Babushka Dolls

Week 5  –  5/3: Panda Bear  - Pastel Drawing

Week 6  –  12/3: Paper Puppets

Week 7  –  19/3: Dots and Spots

Week 8  –  26/3: Near and Far (Foreground and Background)

Week 9  –  2/4: Drawing Chinese Vases

For Ages 5-12yrs

$6 a child

Minecraft @ Katoomba

I had a wonderful group today at Katoomba Library, who made fantastic Minecraft heads! There were a lot of people in the class who were very knowledgeable and passionate about playing Minecraft, which was a bonus! 

Minecraft heads:

*For these I bought cardboard mail package boxes from Officeworks

*We used coloured paper, scissors and glue-sticks to create the character designs

*I had a Stanley knife to cut square eyeholes for those who wanted them

Diamond swords and pickaxes:

*I printed two sword or pickaxe designs on thin card board

*Children cut the two symmetrical designs out, taped popsicle sticks inside for strength, and then glued the two pieces together. 

Papercraft:

*I printed off a few different paper craft cubes out (chest, dirt/grass block, diamond block) and kids cut and taped (or glued) them together.
